• High quality Star Flex material in matte finish print which is tear-resistant and fade-resistant.
• Its like a rubber/plastic material which is folded like regular table covers and sent folded. 
• Durable, lightweight and easy to carry, digital printing and vibrant colors.

• The package includes only backdrop flex. If you don't have a backdrop stand, you can use tapes or nails to fix it on the wall. Alternatively we can provide rivets ( metal encased holes ) at corners which can be used to tie the backdrop from nails or the ceiling or tied to a curtain rod.
• Warm Tips: Backdrop will be folded and shipped so it will have crease/fold marks. To remove the creases please keep it in the sun for 15 mins and roll it and store. Stretch properly from all sides while pasting to make the creases less visible.

Usually the order is dispatched within 1-2 working days, however if its a new design then dispatch might take upto 4 working days.

Once dispatched, the shipment may take 3-5 days for metro cities and tier 1 cities and 4-8 working days for other cities to reach.

Damages and issues
Please make an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product and contact us immediately on whatsapp at +91-8208560321 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is perceived to be damaged by our team, then we can immediately dispatch a new product within 1-2 working days.
